CHERRY TOMATOES AND FRESH MUSHROOMS PASTA




INGREDIENTS
  • 1 bag of pasta
  • 1/4 cup of tomato sauce (I always use Cirio)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup of fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1/3 red pepper
  • Olive oil (I always use Filippo Berio)

INSTRUCIONES
  1. In a cooking pot, boil 1 liter of water. Then add the pasta and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the pasta from the heat.
  3. In a pan, sautée the fresh mushrooms, the onion and the red pepper. Add plenty of olive oil and cook at low temperature.
  4. Add the tomato sauce to the ingredients on the pan. I always use Complete Seasoning for the sauce.
  5. Enjoy!
