THE DAILY BREAD



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups of water
  • 3 tablespoons of yeast
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 6 cups of white flour
  • Yummy stuff like cheese, rosemary, garlic,…

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place the yeast in a big bowl with the warm water. Mix with a spoon for 10 minutes approximately, until the yeast gets spongy.
  2. Add the yummy stuff in the big bowl. Mix it!
  3. Add 3 cups of white flour to the bowl, while you knead the dough. When the dough is correctly knead, add up the other 3 cups of white flour. Knead the dough until you get nothing on your fingers!
  4. Make a ball with the dough and let it in the big bowl, cover with a wet rag. Wait for at least 15 minutes, until it grows.
  5. Transfer the dough and keep on kneading it. Repeat step 4.
  6. Warm up the oven to 410 F or 210 C.
  7. Take out the dough and cut it in half with a knive. Form two loafs and place them on a tray with olive oil; that way the bread will not stick to the tray.
  8. Place the tray on the oven for 30 minutes.
  9. Take the bread out of the oven an place all the yummy stuff you want on top of it. Place it back on the oven for 10 more minutes.
  10. Take the bread out of the oven and enjoy!
