• 2 cups of peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • Salt to taste

  1. Place peanuts in a food processor.
  2. Turn the food processor on and let it run for 4-5 minutes. During this time, you’ll see the peanuts go in stages from crumbs to a dry ball, until it turns to a smooth and creamy peanut butter.
  3. Stir in the honey and salt.
  4. Transfer to a Mason jar and store in the fridge. I would advise to store in the fridge if it’s going to be several weeks before you get through it.

You can chose if you make it peanut butter or peanut crumble!
